Total Conditioning (TC):
a strength and conditioning program which uses varied movements performed at a high level of intensity to cover all areas of the body. It combines elements of weightlifting and resistance training with traditional and non-traditional tools. Similar to a personal training session, total conditioning is conducted in a group training environment and hits the key pillars of fitness: muscle strength, muscle conditioning, cardiovascular conditioning and flexibility. This class is beneficial for all fitness levels and appeals to individuals who strive for creative routines to keep fresh and motivated during training sessions.

Weight Room Total Conditioning (WRTC): Very similar to Total Conditioning.

TRX: This training harnesses your own body weight to create resistance as you exercise. Training allows you to instantly adjust the level of difficulty for each exercise and switch from one exercise to the next quickly to maximize your training time and enable circuit style workouts. Suspension training builds core strength with every exercise by creating an element of instability that calls on your core to provide balance and coordination.

Bikram Yoga (BIK): Also known as hot yoga, Bikram Yoga is a style of yoga and is ideally practiced in a room heated to 105°F with sessions lasting approximately 90 minutes. Classes are guided by specific dialogue and include 27 postures and 2 breathing exercises. The class is taught in the safe environment of a heated room so that deep penetration can relieve muscle resistance without risking injury. The class is designed for beginners as well as a regular practice.

Pickleball (PB): A sports-related fitness class, Pickleball is a game similar to ping pong on a court and offers a fun way to exercise.
