Basic Rules and Game Format
1. This is a NON-checking league
2. Periods will be 22-minutes, run time. If the game has a one goal difference with two minutes remaining, the clock will stop.
3. Players must have a matching set of jerseys, with numbers.
Player Sign-In Procedure
1. All players must sign in at front desk prior to their game
2. Please remember to fill in your jersey number
3. All first time subs must fill out a registration form, show proof of usa hockey registration, and pay the $20 fee. They will then be put on an Approved Sub List
4. Players on the Approved Sub List MUST show ID and pay $25 in order to sign-in
5. Repeated roster violations or participation of non-approved players may result in loss of points in the standings.
Suspension Policies
a) Any game misconduct penalty will result in an automatic 2-game suspension for that player. Suspended players may not sub for any other team until the suspension has been served. For example, if a player on Team A receives a game misconduct. He may not step out onto the ice until the completion of Team A’s following game.
b) If a player receives any combination of 3 minor, major, or misconduct penalties, he will be automatically be ejected for the remainder of the game, but a 1-game suspension shall not be assessed (unless one of those penalties is a game misconduct).
c) In the event of a suspension, the captain of the suspended player’s team will be notified. Additionally, a list of suspended players will be kept on the website.
Sub Policy
1. The sub fee is $25 per player, per game.
2. Rostered/full-time players who have paid the full-season fee may sub at no cost, if the team they are subbing for has fewer than 10 players. Non-rostered players must still pay $25 regardless of the size of the team’s roster.
3. If a roster exceeds 10 players, ALL additional subs must still pay $25.
League Placement
The league administrator will reserve the right to move players from the C league up to the B league if their skill level is too high.
